    Sarah! You should totally cover TURBO JAM! Its an awesome workout. You should get in contact with ppl to do the workout and film your self trying it!

    It is the focus that is placed on the movement of the muscles. Using such light weights for a bicep curl should seem easy, but when you focus on the lengthening the muscle and opposition, it’s Pilates that you are doing. Listen to Paula’s words in the full length version for a better answer.

    ok what makes this a Pilates workout?

    ok the first exercise is a variation of the “hundreds” that is a pilates exercise the remainder seem to be standard body building exercises with the last being a good old fashion calisthenic one.

    Is there some different aspect that i’m missing?
